What happens after I fill out an application?

We are immediately notified and get right on it. Within 24 hours, one of our care coordinators will reach out to you and complete a more detailed assessment of what you and your family is looking for.

What do you mean by 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed?

After the introduction assessment and initial screening, we will choose several candidates who we think best fits your needs. However, if they don't work out, we can either try again or provide you a refund. Your choice!

How do you vet the candidates for me?

Our experienced care coordinators will reach out to you within 24 hours and complete an initial assessment. Before making any recommendations, we take time to truly understand what you're looking for.

What security measures are provided?

We conduct background checks on all our caregivers. For a one-time fee of $99, we can provide the background check information to you.

What role does MyAsianCareGiver.com play?

We make the connections and help facilitate the process by assisting in communications. We operate like an agency. With our growing list of caregivers in our directory, we curate the candidates that match your needs and wants.

Who is legally at fault in case something happens?

We are only responsible for providing the information and connection between you and the caregiver candidates. MyAsianCareGiver.com recommends that all families use their best caution when employing anyone.
